If you decide you do not want the products you ordered, you may return them, undamaged and unopened, within 30 days of the date we shipped them, and we will refund you the original purchase price of the products. Green Tangerines is unable to issue refunds after the 30-day-period has lapsed. For obvious reasons, we are unable to accept returns on books, magazines, or software. Clearance items, Kits, Classes, and Class-to-Go items are considered final sales and are not eligible for refunds. Please note that the original shipping charge is nonrefundable on all orders.


To qualify for a refund, product(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the original shipment and in the same condition in which it was shipped - unopened, unused, and undamaged merchandise. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. Products that have be opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.


Green Tangerines maintains a high level of quality control on all products shipped out of the warehouse. In the event that you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately, and if the information is not available on the packaging itself, we will give you the directions on how to contact the manufacturer for a replacement product.


If you have to return product to us due to a packing error on our part, we will, of course, replace the item and send to you free of any additional shipping charges. Please note that the original shipping charge is nonrefundable.


All returns must have a return authorization number assigned. You will need your order number and the items being returned. If you are planning on returning an order please contact us here or call 1-877-771-8010 to request a return authorization number.


Out-of-Stock


Product inventory snafoos happen, so if you order an item that is discovered to be out of stock, the dollar amount of the item ordered (as well as corresponding shipping charge adjustment, if applicable) will be refunded back to the credit card that was used to place the order.
